Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations change, and you may want to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer care. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• Cancellation After Shipment: If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if the cancellation occurs after the shipment.
